Operations Center or Mission Control

Violetta Safonova (director): She is the «brain» and «connective tissue» of the whole operation. She gathers together and unites all the dataflow, skillfully coordinates the work of 15 very different staff workers, all the while remaining an optimistic and cheerful person. She is a romantic soul but her feet are firmly planted on the ground. She is ready and willing to work around the clock and is extremely responsible, but this does not prevent her from being a kind and caring leader and a good friend.

Larissa Vostrokonova (chief accountant): fits her role to admirable perfection, combining strictness and rigid quality standards with kindness and humor. A remarkable person, loads of fun to be with and an indispensble asset to any office party. She loves recreational sports and prefers soups for lunch. Right now Larissa devotes all of her efforts to her new vocation: that of a doting Mom.

Marina Polikina (accontant): has worked with us only for several months but already feels quite in her element and has fully become «one of the gang». Revels in figures, numbers and intricate paperwork, is not afraid to tackle difficult tasks, does everything in time and with a high sense of responsibility. Looks at herself with a fair amount of scepticism, but her husband thinks she is beautiful and fun to be with, her two kids adore their Mom, and her friends are always happy to have a cup of tea with her in the kitchen.

Svetlana Malchyonkova (secretary/administrative assistant): She is «tranquility personified», but beneath the calm exterior there is a deep and vulnerable soul. She notices and appreciates small and hidden virtues, knows how to talk to people profoundly and without undue hurry and is very skillful in handling paperwork and phonecalls. She is a born administrator, who does not give empty promises but shows dogged determination in achieving her goals. She is equally dexterous in managing her work, her university studies, her household and her beautiful little son Misha.

Olga Salina (coordinator/translator): An amazingly warm-hearted, humble and kind person. Her favorite phrase is «I want to encourage you!» She is always eager to help and loves absolutely everyone, with no exceptions. She is also a thoroughly dependable, attentive and responsible worker and a great enthusiast for what she does. She loves to eat honey straight from the honeycomb, adores traveling (the farther the better), and takes special pleasure in speaking German. Beside the translation work this slight young woman carries a great and important responsibility of organizing youth camps and coordinating the 12 Steps ministry in the city.
