Technical Specifications of the Bakery
The bakery has two baking units, one of which remains in reserve in case of the other breaking down. This allows for continuous production of bread. Besides the bakery has potential for rapid increase in volume of bread production. Bakeries must be installed in facilities with heating, electricty, water and gas supply.
The weight of each wagon is 10100 kg. The working units of the bakery are hot air ovens. THe working surface consists of three pods, 3,8 ì2 each.
Dough mixers of GRUEB brand with two pans, 85 l each.
Bakeries can work on fuel, gas, wood or coal.
Electricty production: electrical unit BBC, capacity for continuous long-run work -
22 kWt.
Production volume of one bakery 2400 kg of bread a day.
